RETURN

We offer store credit returns given that the below requirements are met.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • The item must be unworn and in brand new condition with the original packaging/ tags.
  • The item must be unworn and in brand new condition with no marks or scratches.
  • The item must be returned to us within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must not be not purchased in a sale or a sale item.
  • Earrings are not eligible for a refund/return/change of mind due to hygiene reasons.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We are able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. For all exchange inquiries, please contact us at etherealmusejewellery@gmail.com.

Faulty Items

We take great care to package your order and ensure that it is safely packaged prior to shipment. In the unlikely chance an item is faulty upon delivery, we can provide you with a full refund or eligibility for exchange given the below requirements are met:

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery, with a description of the fault and pictures as proof via email to etherealmusejewellery@gmail.com.
  • Your claim has been reviewed and approved

WARRANTY

Your Ethereal Muse jewellery comes with comes with one year warranty against manufacturing faults and defects for a full refund or exchange.

We are able to replace items or offer a refund if they are defective or damaged from factory. For all warranty inquiries, please contact us at etherealmusejewellery@gmail.com.

RETURNS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card or code (with no expiry) with which you can use to repurchase another item on our website.

Shipping

  • Please send your package directly back to Ethereal Muse,
  • The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • We recommend that you keep proof of postage with the tracking number to ensure that your return can be sent back to us.
